Mibo — Support
Mibo builds a weekly meal plan and its matching shopping list from your preferences, budget and dietary constraints.
Need help? Write to mibo@solis-apps.com and we will get back to you within a few business days. You can also use the Feedback form inside the app — it reaches the same inbox.
Cancelling your Premium subscription
Premium subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple or Google, depending on where you installed the app. We cannot cancel a subscription for you, and there is no cancel button inside Mibo.
- iPhone / iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Mibo > Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Mibo > Cancel.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, otherwise the subscription renews for another period. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Requesting a refund
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their own policy — we have no technical way to issue one. For purchases made on iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request the refund from your Google Play order history.
Changing your preferences
Your store, budget, household size, diet, allergies, disliked ingredients, equipment and prep time are all editable at any time in Preferences. The next plan you generate takes the new values into account.
Deleting your data
Mibo has no account: no email, no password. Your preferences and history are tied to an anonymous technical session created when you install the app.
You can erase everything stored on our servers — preferences, meal history, feedback messages — from Settings > Delete my data. The action is irreversible and returns you to onboarding. It does not cancel an active Premium subscription, which is managed by Apple/Google as described above.
Allergies and dietary restrictions
Mibo filters recipes using the allergies and diet you declare and the data in our recipe catalog. This is not medical advice and not an absolute guarantee that a recipe is free of a given allergen. Always check the ingredient list yourself before cooking or eating, especially with severe allergies.
If you spot a recipe whose ingredients or allergen labelling look wrong, tell us at mibo@solis-apps.com with the recipe name — we correct the catalog.
Mibo says it cannot build a complete plan
When your combination of constraints leaves too few matching recipes in the catalog, Mibo tells you so rather than filling the week with a truncated or unsuitable plan. Loosening one constraint — prep time, budget, or number of dinners — usually unblocks it. The catalog keeps growing, so a combination that fails today may work later.
Advertising tracking (iOS)
On iOS, Mibo asks for your permission before any tracking used for advertising attribution. You can change that answer at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your phone, or in Mibo > Settings > Tracking status (ATT). Declining does not restrict any app feature.
Reporting a bug
Email mibo@solis-apps.com with your device model, your iOS or Android version, and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help.
