Batcho — Support

Batcho gives you ready-made batch cooking sessions: one shopping list, a step-by-step cooking plan with timers, and dinners ready for the week.

Need help? Write to contact@solis-apps.com or use Settings > Contact Support in the app. We will get back to you within a few business days.

Cancelling your subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. In Batcho: Settings > Manage subscription. Or on your iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Batcho > Cancel Subscription. We cannot cancel a subscription for you.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or of the free trial), otherwise the subscription renews for another period. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

Requesting a refund

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple, under its own policy — we have no technical means to issue one. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Getting your subscription back on a new iPhone

Sign in with the same Apple Account, then tap Settings > Restore Purchases (or “Restore Purchases” on the subscription screen). Batcho has no account, so your profile and history are not transferred: simply go through onboarding again.

Editing your profile

Household, diet, allergies, equipment, cooking day and market can be changed in Settings > Edit my profile. The session list updates straight away. A session you have already chosen keeps the quantities calculated when you chose it: choose it again to recalculate them.

Timers don't ring

Check that Batcho notifications are allowed (iOS Settings > Notifications > Batcho) and that a Focus mode is not blocking them: timer alerts are Time Sensitive notifications, which you can allow through. To follow your timers on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, turn on Live Activities (iOS Settings > Batcho > Live Activities). Timers keep running if you close the app.

Deleting your data

Batcho has no account: your profile, session and history stay on your iPhone. Settings > Delete My Data erases them and restarts the app from the beginning. This cannot be undone and does not cancel your subscription, which Apple manages as described above.

To turn off usage statistics: Settings > Usage statistics. For any other request about your data, write to contact@solis-apps.com.

Allergies and diet

Batcho hides sessions that do not fit the allergies and diet you declare, based on our catalog data. This is neither medical advice nor an absolute guarantee that an allergen is absent. Always check the ingredient list and product labels yourself before cooking or eating, especially if you have a severe allergy.

If a recipe looks mislabelled (missing allergen, wrong quantity or instruction), write to contact@solis-apps.com with the name of the session and recipe: we will fix the catalog.

No sessions, or very few, are showing

Sessions that contain one of your allergens or do not match your diet are hidden. If your profile is very restrictive, few sessions remain visible: the catalog grows every week. Also check your connection: without a network, Batcho shows the sessions already saved on the device.

Reporting a bug

Write to contact@solis-apps.com with your iPhone model, your iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened. Screenshots help.
