The rates are not updating

The App needs an internet connection to download rates. When it cannot, it keeps showing the last saved rates and shows their date. Check your connection and reopen the App. The rate source publishes new data about once a day, so the rates may not change between two updates.

The rate differs from my bank's

The rates are indicative, supplied by a third party, and are not the rates applied by a bank, a card network or a bureau de change, which usually include a margin or fees. See the Terms of Use.

How do I delete my history or my data?

The App stores everything on your device only, and the Publisher holds no data about you. Deleting the App removes its history and its settings.
